Депутаты заксобрания Новосибирской области обратились к главе Минстроя региона Дмитрию Богомолову с предложением возобновить субсидировать процентную ставку по ипотечным кредитам.

Застройщики строят, соцобъекты вводим, а все плохо продается. Почему? Потому что ставка рефинансирования у нас огромная. Предлагаю вернуться к тем временам, когда мы субсидировали процентную ставку за счет областного бюджета. Тогда у нас оживится весь строительный рынок. Мы поможем молодым семьям, бюджетным организациям.
Субсидирование для области оценивается в 1,5 млрд руб. Богомолов не исключил, что такая программа может быть принята. Местные банкиры отмечают, что несмотря на снижение рынка, количество поданных заявок в регионе выросло на 12%, т.е. продавать есть кому, но нужна приемлемая кредитная ставка.
