«Я меньше волновался, когда меня арестовывали, чем сейчас. Как солдат из окопа встает — такое ощущение было. А сейчас впереди неизвестность, как дальше будет жизнь развиваться, я пока не знаю», — сказал Владимир на выходе из колонии и добавил, что планирует заняться здоровьем.
Румянцев рассказал, что ему писали очень много писем, он даже не успевал на все отвечать. Письма он забрал с собой на свободу.
Через свою самодельную домашнюю радиостанцию Румянцев ретранслировал антивоенные подкасты и стримы, а на своей странице во «ВКонтакте» репостил новости независимых СМИ. За это его приговорили к трем годам колонии.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
