🟢Техника:
Опираемся на колено,вторую ногу ставим под углом 90 градусов. Руки руками обхватываем локти и оставляем перед собой. Поворачиваемся вбок. Начинаем переносить вес тела на переднюю ногу и опускаем туловище максимально вниз. Поднимаем корпус,переднюю ногу ставим на пятку и поворачиваемся в сторону,сохраняя наклон.
