Указом Главы ДНР №68 от 27 января 2025 года создана комиссия по вопросам работы с безвозмездной натуральной помощью Донецкой Народной Республики. Документом утверждены Положение о Комиссии, ее состав и Порядок организации работы с безвозмездной натуральной помощью, предоставляемой Донецкой Народной Республике.
Указ вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования и действует до 1 января 2026 года.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
