Здание ЦТ (около 55 тысяч кв. м) было построено в 1925–1927 гг. В 2019 году структура «Ростелекома» продала большую часть площадей в этом объекте за 3,5 миллиарда рублей.
По данным издания, Т-банк планирует разместить здесь один из главных корпусов корпоративного университета. #москва
