25 декабря 2024 года на освещении Храма Святителя Спиридона Тримифунтского митрополит Алексей наградил самой высокой наградой - медалью первой степени депутата Государственной Думы Виктора Дзюбу.
Также медалями было отмечено руководство завода «Мехмаш» - депутат Тульской городской Думы Александр Швыков и Тульской областной Думы Дмитрий Афоничев.
