Товарищи, сейчас многие возмущены Постановлением Правительства Москвы - коротко, считаю, правильно сказать - о переходе от защиты зелёного фонда к его использованию, о переводе ООПТ в ООЗТ. Но почему молчали, когда я об этих событиях кричала два месяца назад? Ведь это ППМ основано на законе, принятом новым составом Мосгордумы. В этом-то весь ужас!
