Бахтияр Шаропов пришёл 15 апреля в ОМВД по Мирнинскому району с зашитым ниткой ртом. Мужчина заявил, что так он протестует из-за того, что ранее днём полицейские не приняли у него заявление - он написал его на росгвардейца, который отказался надеть защитную медицинскую маску.
