По итогам конкурса на сайте госзакупок власти Тулы не смогли определить подрядчика, который бы вывозил на полигон «малоопасные и практически неопасные» отходы. Из-за отсутствия желающих конкурс признали несостоявшимся.
Конкурсная заявка предполагала, что потенциальный подрядчик с января по июнь 2025 года будет вывозить на полигон отходы бумаги и картона, несортированный мусор от сноса и разборки зданий, а также древесные отходы от сноса и разборки зданий, отходы с территории парков и кладбищ и прочее.
Максимальная цена контракта составляла 7 млн 956 тыс. рублей. Объём вывезенных за эти деньги отходов был равен 45 тыс. кубометров 🗑

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
