به اطلاع دانشگاهیان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی می‌رساند بر اساس اطلاعیه استانداری اردبیل با توجه به تداوم برودت هوا در اغلب استان‌ها و نیز به‌‌منظور صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و بر اساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز چهارشنبه ۲۴ بهمن ۱۴۰۳ دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی تعطیل است.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
