Екатеринбурга Панфиловой О.Д. в закрытом судебном заседании рассмотрено ходатайство следователя следственного отдела по Октябрьскому району г. Екатеринбурга СУ СК РФ по Свердловской области об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключение под стражу в отношении Куклина О.А., обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного п. «д» ч.2 ст. 126 УК РФ.
Суд ходатайство следователя удовлетворил, избрал меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на срок 2 месяца, то есть по 14 апреля 2025 включительно.
Постановление может быть обжаловано в апелляционном порядке в Свердловском областном суде.
