К слову, председатель FERC Вилли Филлипс выразил несогласие с коллективным решением, указав, что оно может замедлить доминирование США в глобальной борьбе за лидерство в ИИ. В его понимании запросы крупного бизнеса и ИИ важнее рисков для потребителей. Странный персонаж. Назначил его, кстати, Байден в сентябре 2021 года.
