Official Iranian media: Iranian nuclear scientist Mohammad Reza Seddiqi was killed in an attack on his parents' home in the city of Astana Ashrafia in the Gilan province, which is located northwest of Tehran (and not in Tehran as previously reported - AA).

Israel has removed a dual immediate existential threat – both in the nuclear field and in the field of ballistic missiles.
In addition, the IDF achieved complete air control over the skies of Tehran, inflicted severe damage on the military leadership, and destroyed dozens of central Iranian government targets.
In the past 24 hours, the IDF has also severely struck government targets in the heart of Tehran, eliminating hundreds of Basij operatives - the terrorist regime's suppression mechanism - and eliminating another senior nuclear scientist.
Israel thanks President Trump and the United States for their defense support and participation in eliminating the Iranian nuclear threat.
