Military correspondent Doron Kadosh with the details of the serious incident in which 7 IDF soldiers from the 605th Engineering Battalion were killed in Khan Yunis:
1. The battalion's fighters were fighting under the 188th Armored Brigade in the Khan Yunis area. The fighters were advancing in conquering the area in Khan Yunis - carrying out attacks on Hamas terror targets, destroying buildings and locating underground shafts.
2. Yesterday evening at 5:30 PM, the first report was received of an engineering forces APC that caught fire. The initial investigation indicates that a terrorist approached the APC and attached an explosive device to it. The device exploded - causing the entire APC to catch fire.
3. Military firefighting forces were dispatched to the scene and made efforts to extinguish the burning APC. As part of one of the exercises being conducted to extinguish fires in the Gaza Strip, a D-9 bulldozer was also brought to the scene and poured sand on the APC in an attempt to extinguish it, but all firefighting efforts were unsuccessful.
4. The decision made on the ground: to tow the APC to Israeli territory and continue firefighting efforts there. The APC was towed, first to the Salah ad-Din Highway in Khan Yunis, and from there - out of the Gaza Strip - while the seven fighters were still inside it.
5. Only when the APC reached our territory were they able to extinguish it, and rescue forces and helicopters were also dispatched to the scene - but none of the fighters survived, and there was no one left to rescue alive from the burning carrier. All seven fighters were killed.
6. Long hours were required to identify the fallen - and after the identification process - messages were delivered to all the families of the fallen last night.

Were Iran's nuclear facilities destroyed?
Yesterday, the New York Times and CNN published articles "based on American intelligence reports" that Iranian nuclear facilities were only partially damaged (with an emphasis on the American attacks).
Trump calls the reports: Fake news.
The American Secretary of Defense also made such statements.
##
My position on the matter is this:
I hope the facilities were destroyed.
Israel has demonstrated first-rate intelligence capabilities in Iran. The US and the West also have impressive intelligence capabilities in Iran.
Soon, they will know a definite answer. If they were not destroyed, then they must go back and destroy.
This is all part of the issue of enforcement against Iran.
The Iranians publicly declare that they will continue to develop nuclear weapons. It's nice that they have to start from scratch. They have already begun damage assessment and restoration.
As soon as there is reliable information, we must attack again.
Enforcement, enforcement, enforcement.

The chairman of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, calls for the immediate resumption of inspection activities at Iran's nuclear sites (he also wants to find out what happened to 400 kg of 60 percent enriched uranium).
On the other hand, the Iranian parliament approved a decision to suspend the activities of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Iran.
Iranian officials continue to call: Grossi must be held accountable for laying the groundwork for an attack on Iran through "false reports."

The Iranian Fars News Agency claims:
During the 12 days of the confrontation with Israel, Iranian security forces arrested over 700 collaborators with the Israeli Mossad.
126 of them were arrested in Kermanshah Province in western Iran and 76 in Isfahan Province (the leading provinces).
##
Iranian media outlets claim that over ten thousand drones and UAVs were seized from "Mossad agents" - however, I would point out that no documentation has been presented for such quantities.

After the Iranian Parliament approved the proposal to suspend cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, implementation of the decision was transferred to Iran's Supreme National Security Council.
The proposal defined a punishment for anyone who would allow the agency's inspectors to enter Iranian territory.
