IDF Spokesperson: Following the IDF strikes this morning (Friday) on a site used to manage Hezbollah's fire and defense array in southern Lebanon, reports emerged that a civilian structure in the Nabatieh area was damaged.
A review indicates that as a result of the strike, a rocket belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization that was stored at the site, was launched and hit the civilian building.

The Hezbollah terrorist organization continues to endanger the residents of southern Lebanon by refusing to hand over its weapons to the state.

The re-establishment of Hezbollah's infrastructure and the presence of weapons held by the organization within Lebanese territory constitute a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.
Accordingly, the Lebanese Armed Forces are expected to act to confiscate rockets and weaponry from Hezbollah.

Tremendous damage would have ensued, and many Iranians would have been killed. It was going to be the biggest attack of the War, by far. During the last few days, I was working on the possible removal of sanctions, and other things, which would have given a much better chance to Iran at a full, fast, and complete recovery - The sanctions are BITING! But no, instead I get hit with a statement of anger, hatred, and disgust, and immediately dropped all work on sanction relief, and more. Iran has to get back into the World Order flow, or things will only get worse for them. They are always so angry, hostile, and unhappy, and look at what it has gotten them - A burned out, blown up Country, with no future, a decimated Military, a horrible Economy, and DEATH all around them. They have no hope, and it will only get worse! I wish the leadership of Iran would realize that you often get more with HONEY than you do with VINEGAR. PEACE!!!

The one who surprised everyone by arriving at the ceremony was Ali Shamkhani, the senior political advisor to Iran’s Supreme Leader and, according to the IDF spokesperson, the “person responsible for the nuclear project,” who was seriously wounded in the opening strike of Operation “Rising Lion” (during the operation, posters were even produced in Iran announcing his death). He came to the funeral leaning on a cane. This was his first public appearance since he was injured.
