Речь о «Доходном доме И.Г. Гадалова. Эклектика» на перекрестке Мира и Парижской Коммуны. В краевой службе по охране объектов культурного наследия рассказали, что проект комплексной реставрации здания согласовали.
После ремонта особняк станет частью музейного квартала. Там появятся выставочные, интерактивные и другие залы, кафе, гардеробы, кассы, административные, служебные, складские и технические помещения.
