(ህዳር 5 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም) በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን 19ኛው የኢትዮጵያ ብሄር ብሄረሰቦች ህዝቦች ቀን “ሃገራዊ መግባባት ለህብረ ብሄራዊ አንድነት" በሚል መሪ ቃል የባለስልጣኑ ሰራተኞችና አመራሮች በተገኙበት የፓናል ውይይት ተደርጓል፡፡

የፓናል ውይይቱ በኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ መዝሙር የተጀመረ ሲሆን የባለስልጣኑ ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ዳኛው ገብሩ በመክፈቻ ንግግራቸው የተለያየ መልክ ማንነት ያለን የተቀደሰች ውድ ሀገር ያለን የማንደራደር ህዝቦች ነን፤አባቶቻችን የተከበረች ሀገር አስረክበውናል ስለዚህ ሀገራችንን በመውደድ ልዩነታችንን በማክበር እና ምቹ ሀገርን በመፍጠር የልጆቻችን መብት እንዲከበር የኛ አስተዋጽኦ ያስፈልጋል ያሉ ሲሆን በልዩነታችን እንነጋገር ለሀገራችን ዘብ እንቁም የሚል መልዕክት አስተላልፈዋል፡፡

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
