По данным правоохранительных органов, в феврале 2022 года АО «Электротранспорт» получил пробный троллейбус «Алькор ХТ-12» от петербургской компании «Транском СПб» за 17,5 миллионов рублей.
Эта закупка заинтересовала областное управление ФСБ, где заказали провести исследование транспорта. Согласно заключению эксперта, троллейбус по ряду параметров не соответствует требованиям.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
