Сегодня у нас на завтрак вкуснецкие кабачковые вафли🧇
Ингредиенты на 4 шт:
Кабачок 250 г Яйца С1 2 шт Мука пшеничная 70 г Сыр полутвердый 50 г Сметана 10-20% 20 г Соль и перец по вкусу
Соус: сметана 2 ст.л. творожный сыр 2 ст.л. вода 20-30 мл любимая зелень
Приготовление:
1⃣Кабачки натереть на мелкой терке, посолить, дать постоять 2 мин и отжать от влаги. 2⃣Натереть сыр на мелкой тёрке. 3⃣Добавить к кабачкам остальные ингредиенты, перемешать до однородности. 4⃣Смазать панели оливковым маслом с помощью кисти, выложить 2 столовые ложки теста и готовить на средней мощности 4-5 минут до румянца (время регулируйте относительно вашей вафельнице) 6⃣для соуса смешать сыр, сметану, добавить водички для того, чтобы соус был нежнее и воздушнее. Добавить мелко порубленную зелень.
