В Секретариате ОДКБ в ходе консультаций на уровне заместителей Генеральных секретарей ОДКБ, СНГ и ШОС состоялся обстоятельный обмен мнениями о перспективах развития трехстороннего сотрудничества.

Участники консультаций изложили подходы по вопросам дальнейшего развития сотрудничества в целях взаимодействия в области безопасности, экономики и в гуманитарной сфере, призванной служить гармонизации отношений центров развития в Евразии.

Заместители высших административно-должностях лиц трёх евразийских организаций обсудили возможности подготовки документа, содержащего перечень очередных практических шагов по реализации этих подходов.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
