Губернатор Дегтярев заявил, что это необходимо для того, чтобы обеспечить социально-экономическую стабильность в регионе.
«Не только предприятия оборонно-промышленного комплекса, но и в целом весь реальный сектор экономики края должен продолжать работать. Бесперебойно должна функционировать вся промышленность, транспорт, финансовый сектор, связь, социальная сфера».
