⛔️ ما نمی‌خوایم برای روز پزشک، تخفیف‌های هیجانی و بازاری بذاریم
✅ طبیعیه که حور جراحی‌های پزشکی در بازار آزاد دید بسیاری از عموم مردم رو به این شغل و متخصصین تیره و تار کرده، درحالیکه این واقعیت برای بیماران همیشه قابل قبول نیست که چند سال نیاز به تلاش، مطالعه، آزمون و رقابت تحصیلی، کارآموزی، کارورزی، شیفت، دستیاری، طرح و… رایگان یا تقریبا رایگان هست که پزشکان بتونن در این سطح حضور داشته باشن.
در کنار این فرسودگی و دقت هر عمل در کنار ریسک جبران ناپذیر کوچیکترین خطاها تبعات مالی و قانونی چندین برابر دستمزد پرداختی برای پزشکان رو داره.
🧐حالا اگر با این واقعیت مواجه بشید که درصد پزشکان پردرآمد حتی دو رقمی هم نمی‌شه چه واکنشی دارید؟!
☝️فراموش نکنید که درآمد پزشکان عمومی مبلغی مابین ۱۴ الی ۲۶ میلیون تومان از پزشکی با حجم کاری کامل به اندازه یک کارمنده :)
