P.S. Мы очень надеемся, что придет время, когда вопросами озеленения Еревана будут заниматься профессиональные ландшафтные дизайнеры. Или хотя бы нынешние чиновники поймут, что озеленение городской среды отличается от личного огорода. Что сажать цветочки в ряд как в картофельных грядках - это неправильно. Так делали в СССР. Сейчас же 2024 год. Есть новые тенденции и многолетние растения.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
