но мы особо этим не занимались, обычно просто проговариваем в повседневных беседах

и чтобы усвоить и закрепить достала две игры:

шапочки на пальчики - здесь по примеру надеваем шапки на опредёленную руку и ещё названия пальцев повторяем

ножки-ладошки - так же выкладываем по примеру и затем ставим на карточки нужную ногу/руку
+ делаем полосу препятствий, чередуя ноги/руки и право/лево

But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. I want a secure messaging app, should I use Telegram?
