🇮🇱❌🇵🇸 - 💥 Shuath is an EFP developed by the AlQassam Brigades, a shaped charge designed to form its Penetrator after exploding, similar to a Hollow-shaped charge.

➡️ When an EFP detonates, the effect of the explosion deforms the (copper) liner plate into a "Slug" throughout its flight, a rod shaped penetrator flying towards its target.

➡️ The EFP slug changes shape over time after detonation, thus it is most efficient at a larger distance.

➡️ In this clip, AlQassam planted the "Shuath 3" at an elevated altitude, in which a 'Merkava 4M' (Barak, the newest variant) Passed through, the AlQassam crew waited until the rear Side-Skirt of the tank was exposed, Where the Ammo is stored, and then detonated it. The "Shuath 3" has a penetration of 750mm+ RHA, Making this attack a full success and achieving the full destruction of the IDF's most advanced tank.
