Недавно в Росмолодёжи мы встречались с Главой Кабардино-Балкарской Республики Казбеком Коковым, и он пригласил нас приехать в регион. Сегодня вместе с председателем правления Движения Первых Артуром Орловым приняли участие в рабочей встрече с Казбеком Валерьевичем уже в самой Кабардино-Балкарии.

В регионе продолжают развивать инфраструктуру для молодежи, идёт работа по открытию молодёжных центров по программе «Регион для молодых». Один из них открылся сегодня – большое современное пространство для молодёжи.

Встретились и с активными молодыми людьми Кабардино-Балкарской Республики. У ребят большой потенциал. Благодарю руководство региона за работу по развитию возможностей для молодёжи! Будем и дальше работать вместе!

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing.
