Под конец года политобозревателем возомнил себя один житель города у подножия Саян. Теперь появился еще один политэксперт и по совместительству супруг заместителя председателя Контрольно-счетной палаты Хакасия Елены Ряшенцевой.

Только вот при просмотре монолога данного товарища, возникает вопрос: а в каком физиологическом отверстии человеческого организма был язык депутата горсовета Сергея Ряшенцева когда аудиторы Контрольно-счетной палаты вынуждены заходить с проверками в правительственные учреждения Хакасии только с решением суда?
