چگونه ممکنست زبانی از هرجهت قوی باشد ، اما ادیبانی که زبان مادریشان ، همان زبان ست ، فقط تعداد ناچیزی نوشته ادبی به آن زبان داشته ، و مابقی به زبانی بی ارزش باشد ‼️ ملیت ایرانی ، هویتی نوظهور نیست و نبوده که بر پایه یک زبان یا مذهب (مانند کشورهای نوظهور اسرائیل ، پاکستان ، عربستان و ترکیه ) ساخته شده باشد ، از گذشته اقوام و مذاهب گوناگون با زبانهای گوناگون در کنار یکدیگر در اوج مدارای مذهبی و بردباری چه بسا وحدت و همدلی و مودت زندگی میکرده ند و اگرچه جنگهایی (دفاعی یا تهاجمی) بر سر منابع و منافعی داشته اند ، خارجی بوده نه مانند برخی کشورها که در همین قرن اخیر ، چند نسل کشی نژادپرستانه ی داخلی در جهت -باصطلاح- پاکسازی قومی داشته اند . از دوره ای به بعد ، زبان ترکی نیز به جمع زبان های داخلی ایران پیوسته و زبان نظامیان بوده ، در کنار زبان فارسی که زبان رسمی دربار و زبان اصلی ادب بوده و برخی شاعران ایرانی پارسی گوی ، ابیاتی به ترکی سروده اند.
