Эту услугу муниципалитет приобрел посредством процедуры закупки у одного лица, то есть без тендера. В технической характеристике наименование предмета закупки указано как «Ереван-Доха-Лос-Анджелес-Доха-Ереван 8 билетов эконом-класса».
Еще один билет был бизнес-класса. Всего приобретено 9 авиабилетов. Один авиабилет бизнес-класса стоит 7 млн. 650 тыс. драмов, а 8 билетов эконом-класса - 4 млн. 815 тыс. драмов.
