Интересно, что Binance оперативно подключилась к соблюдению закона о регулировании криптовалют Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA), который вступил в силу 30 июня 2024 и существенно ограничил работу биржи в ЕС (запрет нерегулируемых USDT и потеря бизнеса на различных услугах по типу копитрейдинга). По всей видимости дело не в нем, а в успешном тесте Францией способа работы с криптобизнесом на Павле Дурове😉
