Нам понадобится:
▫️1 кг кабачков ▫️1 кг куриного фарша ▫️2 средние луковицы ▫️2 зубчика чеснока ▫️2 крупных яйца ▫️4 столовые ложки сметаны или майонеза (у меня 2х2) ▫️2 чайные ложки соли без горки ▫️6 столовых ложек муки
🔘По желанию молотый перец, зелень укропа и петрушки (я не добавляла)
Приготовление:
▶️Кабачки и лук натираем на крупной тёрке, чеснок выдавливаем через пресс. ▶️Добавляем яйца, соль, муку, сметану и фарш. ▶️Всё перемешиваем. ▶️Выкладываем на разогретую сковороду ложкой. Жарим с двух сторон до золотистой корочки, затем ещё 5-7 минут под крышкой.
