Вэнс ещё до победы Трампа на выборах предлагал закончить войну по линии фронта, отказаться от принятия Украины в НАТО и создать по линии фронта демилитаризованную зону. А также переложить бремя помощи Киеву на европейцев.
Зеленский назвал тогда этот план "опасным" и заявил, что "не воспринимает слова Вэнса всерьёз".
При этом, судя по многим признакам, сейчас эта формула мира рассматривается у Трампа как основная.
