По п.«д» ч.2 ст.207.3 УК суд назначил Михайлову восемь лет колонии общего режима, а также четыре года запрета на журналистскую и издательскую деятельность и администрирование интернет-ресурсов.
Михайлов не признал вину в распространении ложной информации и будет обжаловать приговор.
