Вице-спикер Госдумы Борис Чернышов предложил проводить всероссийскую лотерею среди новорожденных. Согласно его инициативе, розыгрыши квартир, автомобилей и бытовой техники должны проводиться каждый месяц.
«Например, разыгрывать ежемесячно среди новорожденных граждан России 10 квартир, 100 автомобилей и 1000 комплектов бытовой техники»,— сказал Чернышов.
По словам вице-спикера, участие в лотерее может быть автоматизировано на основе данных из ЗАГСа. Он добавил, что подобные проекты уже были реализованы на местном уровне — в Ленинградской области и Хабаровске.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
