К этому, я когда в 2017м году в последний раз был в Сирии, массово от буквально всех сирийцев, с кем общался, слышал, что скоро придет добрая Россия и даст 400 миллиардов долларов на восстановление. Которые они, сирийцы, с радостью освоят и даже ничего не украдут. И они верили. Что сами 6 лет ровняли страну в щебень, на старте доведя ситуацию на гражданской войны, а потом придут добрые русские и просто дадут денег чтобы построить всё "как было". Видимо, чтобы была база ещё раз сцепиться по новой. Т.е. они даже не допускали мысли, что строить будут российские кампании. Буквально, дайте денег и отойдите в сторонку.
Понятно, с таким инфантильным подходом сирийцы оказались очень злыми, когда денег не дали.
