Рецепт паштета-бомба! Я положила морковь. Дети попросили потом на их долю готовить.
ПАШТЕТ, КАК В РЕСТОРАНЕ. ⠀ Печень кур 500г охлажденная
Соль 1 ч.л.
Молоко 500г
Масло ГХИ 30г
Лук репчатый 100 г
Свекла-морковь отварная(запеченная) 150г
Сливки 10% -100г (вместе со свеклой-морковь томим 4мин) Охлаждаем.
Слив. масло (120 г) комнатной температуры взбвиваем до бела прям и аккуратно вмешиваем) Сливки 38% -150г (Взбиваем отдельно от масла и вводим нежно в паштет) Прикоснувшись плотно к паштету пленкой, уберите в холодильник.
