Vanilleschote längs aufschneiden und das Vanillemark herauskratzen. Pflanzliche Sahne, Kokosmilch, Zucker, Agar Agar und Vanillemark in einen Topf geben. Unter Rühren aufkochen, sodass sich keine Klümpchen bilden und die Flüssigkeit nicht überkocht. 2-3 Minuten köcheln lassen. Die Flüssigkeit auf 4 Dessertgläser aufteilen. Kurz abkühlen lassen und für mindestens 2 Stunden im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen.
Dazu schmeckt Fruchtsoße aus Erdbeeren oder Mango.
