In einem Topf die Schlagsahne mit der Milch aufkochen. Das Mark der Vanilleschote herauskratzen und mit dem Vanillezucker und Zucker zum Schlagobers geben. Unter ständigem Rühren 10 min köcheln lassen. Inzwischen die Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Die Löwenzahnblüten sehr gut reinigen, beiseitelegen. Die Gelatine ausdrücken und in dem heißen Vanilleobers auflösen. Die Löwenzahnblüten einstreuen und gut umrühren. In Gläser portionieren und mindestens 4 Stunden kalt stellen. Die Löwenzahnblüten Panna Cotta im Glas servieren und dazu nach Belieben den Löwenzahnhonig reichen. Mit einigen Blüten dekorieren.
