Rohe Kartoffeln (so mache ich es) oder Pellkartoffeln in etwas Öl anbraten mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika würzen, gar werden lassen. Dann Wurst und Zwiebeln dazu geben, alles miteinander vermischen und genießen. Dazu schmeckt ein leckerer Salat.
