Wir kämpfen schon die ganze Woche mit Husten und Schnupfen - mittlerweile die ganze Familie - wer kennt’s? 😷 Was ich dann immer gerne mache, ist der Majoran-Schnupfnasen-Balsam. Geht super einfach, und man hat die Zutaten fast immer zu Hause. Man braucht keine besonderen Zutaten, alles ist im Supermarkt erhältlich und kann von Familien schnell zubereitet werden. 🛒🏡
Was brauchst du: 1 EL getrockneter Majoran 1 EL Alkohol/Schnaps ab 40% 1 EL Butter oder Kokosöl
Den Majoran in eine Schüssel geben und mit dem Alkohol übergießen und für 15 Minuten ziehen lassen. Danach die Butter hinzugeben und im Wasserbad schmelzen lassen und für etwa 30 Minuten ziehen lassen. Der Alkohol verdampft in der Zwischenzeit. Danach in Tiegel abfüllen und verwenden. Am besten im Kühlschrank lagern und innerhalb von 14 Tagen aufbrauchen. ❄️🌿
