Die Melone und die Kiwis schälen und in Stücke schneiden. Die Melone sollte entkernt werden. Es müssen insgesamt 400 g Früchte rauskommen, also lieber etwas mehr Früchte bereit legen. Alles in ein hohes Gefäß geben, das Vanillearoma dazutun und den Gelierzucker dazugeben. Dann alles wie auf der Zuckerverpackung beschrieben ca. 45 Sekunden mit dem Pürierstab ordentlich durchpürieren. In Gläser füllen und ab damit in den Kühlschrank zum Durchziehen.
Tipp: Fügt den Zucker nach und nach zu, vielleich kommt ihr so auch mit weniger Zucker aus.
