20 g Fichtennadeln 200 ml Öl, z.B. Mandel oder Olive 400 g Sheabutter
Zuerst mache ich einen Ölauszug aus den Fichtennadeln. Dafür püriere ich sie kurz in dem Öl und gebe den Ölauszug dann für 20 Minuten in ein warmes Wasserbad. Anschließend abfiltern. Dann schmelze ich die Shea Butter in dem Öl, bis sich alles aufgelöst hat. Auskühlen lassen und mit dem Mixer zu Shea Sahne schlagen. Wenn eine Sahneartige Konsistenz erreicht wird, ist sie fertig. Danach in saubere Gläser füllen und kühl aufbewahren. Die Shea Sahne hält sich mindestens 3 Monate, meistens länger. Die Haltbarkeit richtet sich auch etwas nach der Haltbarkeit der verwendeten Rohstoffe.
