Куйбышевский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга привлек к административной ответственности Кирилла Набутова за совершение правонарушения, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.19.34 КоАП РФ (https://www.group-telegram.com/dslebedeva_official/306).
Из материалов дела следует, что Набутов, находясь под иностранным влиянием, осуществлял с 12.06.2023 по 29.01.2024 виды деятельности, предусмотренные ст.4 Закона №255-ФЗ (в протоколе 19 ссылок на высказывания Набутова). При этом Кирилл Викторович не подал до начала своей деятельности в качестве иностранного агента заявление в Минюст России о включении его в реестр иностранных агентов.

Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
