В деле Турманидзе в процедуре банкротства почему-то находится только один супруг, а второй - нет. Но ведь в норме долги у супругов общие и потому как минимум оба они должны быть в таких процедурах, а еще лучше - должны быть одна процедура их совместного банкротства. В этом случае уже не будет возникать странная ситуация, когда в банкротстве мужа жена выкупает общую квартиру (в порядке преимущественного права или на торгах). Однако и в случае одной процедуры только мужа, на мой взгляд, платить за общую квартиру жена может только личными средствами, но не общими, которые подлежат разделу
