Кстати - вот вам фотофакт как фирма "Аквилон" проводит "ремонт" исторического здания Пивзавода Суркова в центре Архангельска.

Как видите - сам Пивзавод давно снесён - от него осталась пара фасадов. Сделано это по причине того, что новые многоэтажки, которые сейчас там возводятся - не помещались по строительным нормам!

⚡️Поэтому новые здания Пивзавода будут поменьше, зато рядом с ним вознесётся очередное элитное жильё...
