Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
