Сегодня в Банги у памятника Защитникам ЦАР прошла памятная церемония, посвящённая дню рождения Дмитрия Валерьевича Уткина, также известного как Вагнер и Девятый. Представители полиции, FACA и жандармерии почтили память, возложив цветы к памятнику.

Над центром города также состоялся пролет истребителей ВС ЦАР и вертолёта.
