A boat built in a desert, an imprisoned prophet who interprets dreams, a fugitive prince at the Red Sea, a yougest son employed as a shepherd, and yes, as a little baby born in a stable, and yes, on a cross with pierced hands and side.
But it all makes sense in the end, and afterwards we can't imagine the story playing out any differently. God still works this way in our lives today. "He has chosen the foolish things to shame the wise" (1 Cor. 1:27).

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
