Друзья, сегодня в Савёловском суде прошло предварительное заседание по нашему с Татьяной делу — развод, раздел имущества и определение места жительства детей.
Я даже немного удивлён. В инофополе нас пугали разгромом в суде. В итоге ничего интересного на заседании не произошло (тут должна быть шутка про Льва Толстого). Они ничего нового не заявляли. Наши ходатайства суд удовлетворил. В материалы дела пока не поступили документы, которые истребовал суд. Эти документы очень важны для корректного и справедливого решения, и без них суд не может приступить к рассмотрению дела по существу.
Суд также спросил о возможности мирового соглашения, на что мы ответили, что мировое всегда возможно на любой стадии процесса. Следующее предварительное заседание назначено на 22 ноября, в 10:00.
