We strengthened our bodies not only through hiking, but also by ice baths and sparring. 💪🏻

All this among the centuries-old ruins of the castle, where the Czech and German king Wenceslaus IV. died. 🏰

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
